Cesky Krumlov and Hluboká Castle

The UNESCO historical heritage site since 1997, the fairy tale town of the Renaissance. The founders of the town were the noble knights of Rosenberg having five petal red rose in their coat of arms which is also the symbol of the city. The marvelous medieval core of the old town preserved the aspect of the 16th century as the town was never destroyed nor bombarded. Tourists will pass through five court yards of the Krumau castle and see the cylindrical renaissance tower with Schwarzenberg palace, the oldest part of the castle. The Castle interiors are considered one of the most beautiful interiors of Renaissance in Europe. On the way to Krumau we will visit Hluboka castle from the 13th century reconstructed by Schwarzenberg family into a new gothic style castle reminding of Winsdorf castle of London, a summer residence of British royal family.
